With over a decade of experience in women’s health—from labor & delivery to outpatient OBGYN clinics—Katelyn created EmpowerHer in 2024 to offer care rooted in compassion, integrity, and truly listening. She specializes in gynecology, menopause, and sexual health, providing non-judgmental support that meets women exactly where they are. Outside the clinic, Katelyn enjoys floral arranging, interior design, traveling to Northern Michigan, and spending time with her husband, Cogan, and their two children Clive + Colette.

With 23 years of experience in women’s health—from labor & delivery and midwifery to outpatient gynecology and menopause care—Jessie brings deep knowledge, warmth, and a passion for helping women feel heard. She specializes in routine gynecology, menopause hormone therapy, contraception, and trauma-informed care. Originally from Arizona, Jessie moved to Indiana with her family in 2021. Outside the clinic, she enjoys reading, gardening, growing vegetables and tall sunflowers, hiking, traveling, exercising, and spending time with her two children, two dogs, and cat.

Chanda keeps EmpowerHer running smoothly—both behind the scenes and at the front desk. As our Practice Manager, she helps keep our team organized, welcomes and checks in patients, answers calls, coordinates events, supports staff, and makes sure the day-to-day details don’t fall through the cracks. She brings warmth, calm, and incredible multitasking skills to everything she does.
In her free time, Chanda enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their triplet sons.

Michelle is also a proud dog mom to Winston & Olive and loves spending time in her garden.
